Offerings typically begin with a guided market tour, allowing guests to observe and select local ingredients such as fresh vegetables, herbs, spices, and various proteins. Back at the compound, instructors demonstrate traditional cooking methods using tools like stone grinders, charcoal stoves, and woks. Participants then replicate these techniques to prepare multiple dishes, which they consume communally at the end of the session.
