Physical Location in Bali: Your business is physically located within Bali Province, Indonesia
Legitimate Business: You operate a real, legitimate business or service
Legal Age: You are at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter contracts
Accurate Information: You commit to providing truthful and accurate business information

Prohibited Users

Foreign businesses not registered in Indonesia
Businesses located outside Bali Province
Illegal or unethical business activities
False or misleading business representations
Individuals under 18 without legal guardian consent

Registration Verification

  • We reserve the right to verify business eligibility
  • False information may result in immediate account termination
  • Additional documentation may be requested to confirm eligibility

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You are liable for all activities under your account

Information Accuracy

  • All business information must be current and truthful
  • You must update information when changes occur

Business Legitimacy

  • Your business must comply with Indonesian laws and regulations
  • Required business licenses and permits are your responsibility
